Frequently asked questions
What is free?
The first 3 campaign missions, 10 solo-challenge starts in total and unlimited practice duels against the computer. Abandoning a solo challenge uses a start; loading the same saved game does not use another.
What does the full game unlock?
A one-time purchase unlocks all 27 campaign missions, unlimited solo challenges and two-player play on the same device. There is no subscription. Future expansions are not included; buying the game does not award victories, cards or points.
How do I restore the full game?
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Full Game or the shop in Carta Civica and select Restore Purchases. Allow Apple to verify the account if asked. Restoring returns access to purchased content, not local progress or saved games. Family Sharing is not enabled.
Purchases are unavailable or I cancelled sign-in. What now?
Check your internet connection and your Apple Account sign-in for App Store purchases. Reopen the in-game shop and try refreshing the offer or select Restore Purchases. If the problem continues, send us your game version and the message shown. Do not delete the game to fix a purchase issue: you may lose local progress.
How do TestFlight purchases work?
Purchases in the TestFlight build use Apple’s test environment and are not charged. A test unlock is not a purchase of the public App Store version. If Apple requests sign-in, enter credentials only in Apple’s system dialog.
Where is progress stored?
On your device. Campaign progress, your collection and saved games do not sync to the cloud. Deleting the app or changing devices may lose progress. Restoring purchases does not restore saved games. Contact support before deleting the app.
Do I need Game Center?
No. Connecting is optional. If you enable it and link local progress, achievements and completed-mission counts are sent to Apple with your Game Center identifier. Game Center does not save the campaign, cards or saved games. Competitive chapter and weekly debate leaderboards are not available yet.
Can I play with a friend?
The full game includes two-player play on the same device. Online multiplayer is not currently available.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the account that made the purchase. Apple assesses requests under its policies and applicable consumer rights.
How do I report a bug or suggest a change?
Email a description and steps to reproduce the issue. Include your device model, iOS version and game version. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending them. See our privacy policy for questions about data.
